There’s no polite way of saying this, so we’ll just come out and say it. They’re pork cheeks.

But don’t get us wrong. We’re not suggesting that those of you who aren’t with us don’t get it, we’re just saying that, well, you don’t know what you’re missing, because pork cheeks are not just meaty and delicious, but they’re so tender that they practically melt in your mouth.

So what makes our so special? The answer is espresso.

In honor of our friends at Sterling Coffee Roasters, who are gonna soon be shacking up and sharing a space with out friends and neighbors at M Bar, we’re offering, for a limited time only, Sterling Coffee Espresso-Rubbed Smoked Pork Cheeks, with two sides, for just $15.

Here’s how it works. You get three 2-ounce pork cheeks, courtesy of the fine folks at Carlton Farms, which we rub with our super-secret pork rub and the ground sprinklings of Sterling’s espresso roast before smoking them over peach wood for five solid hours.
